Welcome to Sharm el Sheikh - where your holiday adventure begins...

TOURIST :

A SHARM ADVENTURE FOR THE DISCRIMINATING TRAVELER

YOU ARE ONE HIP AND ADVENTUROUS TRAVELER. YOU LIKE TO EAT WELL, DRESS CUTE, AND KNOW HOW TO SAY HELLO AND THANK YOU, IN ARABIC. SHOPPING ON A TRIP IS IMPORTANT. (BUT NO SHOT GLASSES OR FRIDGE MAGNETS.) GOOD FOOD IS ESSENTIAL: AND, FOR YOU, TO TRAVEL IS TO SOAK UP THE LIFE OF A CITY AND THE SOUL OF A COUNTRY.

Savvy visitors keep tourism alive in Sharm.

The numbers of tourists visiting Sharm el Sheikh has dropped dramatically, but travelers have evolved into a slightly different breed - savvier and thrifty people who tend to take time exploring and relaxing in nature.

Sharm el Sheikh, the main tourist spot in Sinai has attracted fewer visitors than last year, despite the great offers and total safety of the area.

Besides fewer travelers this season compared to last, what we have noticed is a difference in the length of vacations. More people are coming here as a destination and staying longer rather than just a week. Savvy tourists who know the country are quickly returning but  are definitely looking for deals.

They don't want to spend a lot of money; I think that is the nature of the economy. You have to remember the kind of world we live in. People can get their information now on the Internet. So if you love Sharm el Sheikh like we do - PASS IT ON – it’s beautiful, peaceful, friendly and warm.

Share your copy of THE BOOK – with the great deals and offers in places off the beaten track. Live like a local, read THE BOOK...and don't forget - PASS IT ON!
